Toyota AARP Offer

Program Dates: 7/1/15 through 10/5/15

Toyota is pleased to announce a collaboration with the American Association for Retired People (AARP) to offer a purchase/lease incentive to AARP members. AARP is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization, with a membership of more than 37 million, that provides security, protection and empowerment to older persons in need with support from thousands of volunteers, donors and sponsors. The program consists of a $500 purchase incentive on select vehicles and the details are below.

AARP Program Details

• Time Period: Must take delivery between July 1, 2015 and October 5, 2015.
• Eligible Vehicles: All MY Avalon (Gas and Hybrid), Venza, and Sienna
  • Retail (non J) vehicles sold as new & delivered from dealer stock
• Vehicle Incentive Offer
  • Customer must be an active AARP Member prior to July 1, 2015.
  • The incentive is in addition to all other current retail incentive programs in effect at the time of purchase.
• Administration
  • The dealer is required to submit the following to the Incentive Administration Group (IAG):
    • AARP Member Incentive Certificate (completed and signed)
    • Retail or lease agreement
    • Supporting documentation showing the incentive being deducted from the purchase or lease
    • Vehicle registration
  • IAG will validate the information is complete and accurate, that the incentive amount has been deducted from the retail/lease and the vehicle has been reported as sold within the program period. Once approved the payment will be issued to the dealer via ACH.
